Project Overview
ShibaExpress is a logistic fintech website designed to provide entrepreneurs and the small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with efficient and reliable logistic services, including real-time shipment tracking, online payment platform and document upload system.
This study project demonstrate the potential of technology in the logistic industry to enhance the efficiency and reliability of logistic services.

Project Timeline
Competitor Analysis
Competitor Analysis for the Portfolio focuses on three companies that serve the Hong Kong market - FreightAmigo, Easyship, and Lalamove. We will analyze these firms on four aspects - Shipment Tracking, OTP Verification, Payment Process, and Invoice system. Lalamove provides real-time tracking so users can see their drivers' locations. FreightAmigo offers a variety of payment methods. Easyship provides tailor-made documents that can be customized to suit a customer's needs. All three companies provide reliable services, making the Hong Kong market a competitive one.

Customer Journey Map
In order to understand user experience and optimize the user flow, we have made the following customer journey map to give insights how users interact with the website, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement, as well as optimize the website's flow, making navigation smoother and more intuitive.
Problem Statement and HMW Statement
After the customer journey map is created. The problem statement clearly define the specific challenge or user problem identified in the customer journey map, guiding the design process towards addressing critical issues. The HMW Statement encourages creative problem-solving by reframing the problem as an opportunity for design solutions, inspiring innovative ideas to improve the logistic fintech website based on user insights.

For the user flow, we mainly focus on shipment, invoice and payment process in this project.

Mood board, Colors
We chose yellow as the primary color for our logistic fintech website because it represents speed, just like thunder. It is associated with quick and efficient services, much like DHL. Yellow is also linked to continuous operations, symbolizing shipping throughout the day. Moreover, it adds a professional touch, especially suitable for finance-related services.
Typography
We chose the Poppins typeface for our logistic fintech website because it brings a sense of modernity to the design. Its clean and sleek appearance enhances legibility, making it easy for users to read the content. Additionally, Poppins is a versatile font that adapts well to various styles and layouts, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Icon, Brand Logo, Illustrations, Components
We chose the Shiba Inu as the brand logo for our logistic fintech website because it represents several desirable qualities. The Shiba Inu is known for its loyalty and reliability, traits that align with our commitment to providing trustworthy logistic services. Moreover, the Shiba Inu's friendly and approachable appearance helps create a welcoming and positive brand image. Its popularity and recognition among different cultures also make it a memorable and relatable logo for our global audience.
